  • Our Best Rate Guarantee applies to the prices available to the public at the following Tune Hotels booking channels:
  • Best Rate Guarantee applies to bookings for the same type of room, on the same dates for the same length of stay with the same number of guests and for the same hotel with the same amenities (like free breakfast) and with the same payment, guarantee, cancellation conditions and policies available when Tune Hotels processes the booking confirmation.
  • The guarantee excludes:
    • Negotiated discount and special rates, such as corporate, incentive, group, wholesale or other business-to-consumer rates that Tune Hotels has not made available for booking to the general public (like member rates and team member rates).
    • Qualified discount rates, including but not limited to, government rates, military rates, senior rates and rates made available exclusively to members of loyalty programs maintained by Tune Hotels.
    • Discount rates that require membership in a club, organization or other group or that are otherwise approved by Tune Hotels.
    • Package rates that include room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or non-breakfast meals.
    • Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
    • Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
    • Rates available on auction websites, such as and
    • Rates available on websites and services that do not disclose the hotel brand and/or particular hotel until the reservation is completed, such as Priceline and Hotwire.
    • Rates available that are for the hotel component of a package booking or are for bookings that don’t provide an immediate confirmation
    • Rates that require a login, credit card number or a code to see, or if they are on websites that don’t have the ability to book a reservation
    • Rates for reservations that are not authorized to be transferred (like a guest “reselling” a confirmed reservation)
    • Websites or Apps that are in an unsupported language, or are applicable to only a portion of your entire stay, or are for reservations made within 24 hours of the hotel’s standard check-in time on your day of arrival
    • Rates associated with Tune Hotels affiliated companies.
    • Pre-paid rates that require a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates) for a hotel stay.
  • Best Rate Guarantee claims must be accompanied by the booking confirmation number as made on our booking channels (Tune Hotels website or Tune Hotels app), as well as the name of the site where you found the lower price and the respective screenshot with date and time stamped. Just send us an email to along with a screenshot of the channel where lower rate was found and date researched, in addition to price, room type and reservation dates and we will respond promptly.
  • Claims must be sent within a maximum of 24 hours of making the booking and at least 24 hours before the hotel’s standard check-in time on your day of arrival. The name on the claim form must match the name on the confirmed reservation for each room. Only one claim may be submitted for each confirmed reservation.
  • The price claimed must be available for bookings when our team carries out the check. Should it not be available, the price available at that time will be applied.
  • When the Best Rate Guarantee claim is made for two or more consecutive nights (for the same hotel) the best rate guaranteed per night will be applied and not the total price of the stay.
  • Should the price of the other site be presented in a different currency to that on Tune Hotels official channels, the Tune Hotels Team will convert the price to the same currency used on and Tune Hotels app at the time of the original booking.
  • After converting the price, Tune Hotels reserve the right to refuse the claim, especially if the difference in prices results from the fact that the two sites use different exchange rates.
  • AA BIG loyalty membership number must be provided in the relevant form field upon check-out on Tune Hotels website or App to qualify for points.
