• Please be ready to board the shuttle at least 15 minutes before departure time. No refund is available for NO-SHOW(s) or CANCELLATION(s) after ODYSSEY Shuttle has been mobilised or commenced its journey.

• International Departure Airline suggest passenger ARRIVE at a minimum of 2.5 hours prior to DEPARTURE.
• Luggage Limited to 2(TWO) suitcases per person. Excess luggage will be carried at a rate of RM15.00 per item.
• All luggage's must be clearly labeled by the passenger and valuable item must be carried by the passengers at own risk.
