Siak Bridge, built in 1899, is located approximately 100 meters east, next to the Palace of Siak Sri Indrapura complex. The river below was once part of a defensive palace moat.

Bandar Seni Raja Ali Haji is better known as Bandar Serai. It is located on Jl. General Sudiman Pekanbaru and not far from the Sultan Sharif Kasim II airport. It was built to commemorate MTQ national XVII in the year of 1994.
