How do I make a booking at Tune Hotels.Com?
Go to www.tunehotels.com and follow the steps to book online. Alternatively, walk-in to the Hotel and book your stay.
How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?
You will receive a confirmation/booking reference number upon successful booking with full payment. You may also log-in to your account online to view your bookings.
Must I print out my booking reservation?
It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for easy convenience and check in at the Hotel. If you don’t have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your booking details at the Reception Desk and provide your identification.
In what currency do I pay for my stay at the Hotel?
You pay for your stay at the Hotel in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
What is the earliest time I can check-in?
The earliest time you can check-in is 1400 hours.
What is the latest time I can check-out?
1000 hours on the check-out date.
Do you have parking facilities?
Tune Hotels.Com does not provide any parking facilities but there are public parking facilities available surrounding the hotel. Please refer to the individual hotel for more information.
Is there a minimal number of nights I must book?
One (1) night.
What is the maximum number of nights I must book?
The maximum number of nights is ten (10) nights subject to availability.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. If you cancel your booking forty-eight (48) hours before the check-in day of arrival, then your account with us will be re-credited with the amount you have already paid with the cancellation charge being debited, and the net amount will be held in your account with us for future payments for other accommodation booked with Tune Hotels.Com. However, if you cancel your booking after the forty-eight (48) hours, then the amount is deemed forfeited.
Does Tune Hotels.Com offer refunds?
Tune Hotels.Com does not provide refunds. Should you wish to cancel a booking or cancel a night’s stay you may do so via www.tunehotels.com. An cancellation charge will be applied. The rest of the amount paid will be held in a credit account for booking another Tune Hotels.Com room, which must be utilised no later than six (6) months from the cancellation date.
Are meals included in the price? Is breakfast included?
No, Tune Hotels.Com operates a “limited service” concept, and therefore meals are not included in the price of your stay
Is there an F & B outlet in the Hotel?
Please refer to the individual hotel page for more information.
Is there Internet access in the Hotel?
Yes. There is wireless internet access available at a minimum fee. But please refer to the individual Hotels for further information.
Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?
Yes, all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with power shower.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All Tune Hotels.Com rooms come equipped with a ceiling fan. There are air-conditioning units in each room charged at a minimal fee based on usage required. Pay per use with key card obtainable at the Reception Desk. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the charges.
What are the beds like in the rooms?
All Tune Hotels.Com rooms come with five (5) star quality Tune Bed by King Koil.
What are the bed sizes?
Tune Hotel.Com provides one (1) single size bed for a single category room and one (1) queen size bed for a double category room.
Are bed linens provided?
:Yes, all the beds come with King Koil 250 thread count 100% cotton Duvet with satin stripes, King Koil 200 thread count 50/50 pollycotton flat Bedsheet, and King Koil 250 thread count 100% cotton pillowcases with satin stripes.
Does the Hotel provide additional or have extra beds available?
:No, the Hotel does not provide additional beds and does not have extra beds.
Is there hot water in the Hotel?
Yes, there is hot water provided in all the Tune Hotels.Com bathrooms.
Does the Hotel provide towels, soap, shampoo etc?
Tune Hotels.Com operates a “limited service” concept, therefore towels, soap and shampoo are not provided in the rooms. However, towels can be rented at the Front Desk on the Ground Floor. Alternatively, you can bring your own.
Is there room service in the Hotel?
Tune Hotels.Com operates a “no frills” concept, therefore there is no room service available.
Do the Hotel rooms come with a telephone, television, radio, safe, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities?
Tune Hotels.Com operates a “limited service” concept, therefore there are no telephones, television, radio, safe, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Do the rooms have windows?
Some rooms have windows and some rooms do not.
Are there electrical power points in the rooms?
Yes, there is one (1) electrical power point in the room free of charge.
Do I have to clean my room? Are there housekeeping facilities?
No, you are not required to clean your room. There are housekeeping facilities in the Hotel on a daily basis.
How often is cleaning of the rooms done?
Daily cleaning takes place between 1000 hours and 1400 hours.
 Is there a wardrobe in the room? Can I hang my clothes in the room?
No, there are no wardrobes in any of the rooms but you can hang your clothes with the ready available clothing hooks.
Can I smoke in the Hotel rooms?
No. Tune Hotels.Com is a non-smoking Hotel. You are not permitted to smoke in the premises of the Hotel except for specially designated areas in the lobby.
Can children stay unaccompanied in the Hotel?
No, and by children we mean anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
Are guests allowed in the hotel/room?
Yes, guests are allowed in the Hotel in the company of the Hotel staying guests.
