Does the Hotel provide towels, soap, shampoo etc?

Tune Hotels operates a limited service concept, towels, soap and shampoo are not provided in the rooms. However, towels are available for rent at all Tune Hotels hotels and comes with an Essentials toiletry kit. A towel rental fee is charged for each towel issued and additional rental fees are charged for each new towel. Alternatively, you can bring your own.

For Malaysia and Indonesia hotels : Upon collection of each towel from the Front Desk, guests are required to pay a refundable towel deposit to cover loss or damage of each towel issued. The towel deposit will be refunded to the guest when the towel is returned to the Front Desk.
