How to cancel bookings

You can cancel your booking through the following steps:

  1. Click "Manage confirmed bookings"
  2. Key in your email and password
  3. Click Login
  4. Bookings page will appear with details of your booking status, itinerary, etc
  5. Select your booking to cancel
  6. Click cancel selected booking
  7. Done
 
*Cancellation charge: Refer to the fee schedule. Each room cancellation has to be 3 days before your scheduled check in.
